Gravesham U12s travelled to Tunbridge Wells to face West Kent in the A.B. Taylor Trophy. Gravesham started brightly and within the first five minutes Jack Conway was unfortunate not to score having successfully dribbled past the opposition goalkeeper. West Kent, however, also caused Gravesham problems and after 12 minutes had a goal disallowed for offfside. A minute later Rohan Bunger made an excellent cross-ball from the left side of the pitch to Jeffrey Worfiah who beat the goalkeeper to score. After 17 minutes Gravesham goalkeeper Jack Morrison made a good diving save, but West Kent scored from the resulting corner. Three minutes later Jeffery Worfiah showed fantastic speed to beat the West Kent defence and his pass to Rohan Bunger resulted in the West Kent goalkeeper making a good save. After 23 minutes Jaydn Gildea received the ball on the edge of the penalty area and the opposition goalkeeper was unable to prevent Gravesham's second goal. Two minutes later Luke Carey who had an outstanding performance made an excellent pass to allow Jeffrey Worfiah to score his second goal of the match. At the end of the first half James Miles pass gave Jack Fenton the opportunity to shoot which he did well, before Jeffrey Worfiah smashed the ball into the back of the net to complete his hat-trick. Gravesham made some good passing movements in the second-half but were unable to extend their lead so the final score was West Kent 1 Gravesham 4.
